Returns
You’re welcome to return an item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Please email us at hello@theyuta.shop with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
Due to the small-batch and handmade nature of many of our pieces, availability of the same item, colour, or style for exchange can’t always be guaranteed.
If you'd like to exchange your item, you may return it and choose another model of the same price point — subject to availability. The fastest way to secure the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and a brief description. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
